Position: Bilingual Sales Representative (Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English)

Location: San Diego, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18 per hour + Commission

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Communicate professionally with clients in both Mandarin and English via phone, email, and in person.

Present products and services, answer customer questions, and provide tailored solutions.

Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications.

Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English required.

Previous sales, customer service, business development, or related experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
